I’m really loving your stories! This one had to be so hard to write. Shock and loss are so so hard🙏

I think the best people are those who give such an example of how to be happy and live life to it’s greatness and thankfulness! You are so blessed to have had such strong and beautiful parents. I’m sorry you had to lose them quickly and without too much warning. I pray you all keep seeing the good and inspiration in the loss of such incredible parents! God will keep healing through the stories you share🙏

Roger, you are a great storyteller. I have really enjoyed playing golf with you with Billy's golf group. Nice to hear more of your story, even the really important sad stuff. It's a strange feeling to lose your parents. It's like becoming an orphan. Just love and treasure the memories. I am a retired physician, and my wife and I have had experiences that have shaken my faith in the medical profession. I totally understand and share your attitude. I'm a couple of years older than you and my wife and i are already beginning to acknowledge our mortality. It's part of our lives, but still a strange feeling. Thanks for sharing.

I absolutely love your story. We all must remember that although everything seems great for some all of the time, we all have trials and tribulations on this Earth until we get to heaven. We all must stop and smell the roses, dance while we can, and love with all of our hearts and souls. I know your parents are so proud of you and you my friend are a good man. Again, thank you for openly sharing. This touched me deeply.
